MailBox Forwarding - Inconsistent service

12/19/2015 -- Although Mailbox Forwarding, generally, delivers what they claim, since August 2015, they are VERY expensive. My primary concern is that they have NOT been providing promised e-mail messages notifying me of new, incoming mail. My October inquiry/complaint with customer service produced only a response that they 'are aware of the problem and are working on it'. The message tersely advised that I just keep checking back with their website to see if new items were received. You can only communicate with them via a 'trouble-ticket' which often takes several days for a response.
