DOORDASH - Cancelled Order

Doordash refunded my money but did not provide a reason for cancelling my order. Because this was a gift for a 75th birthday, the money was not the issue.

The issue was reliability and this was never addressed and I would not use their service again for this reason. A refund did not make me feel any better.

I ordered breakfast for my mom's 75th birthday. I ordered several days in advance. On the morning of the delivery, Doordash cancelled the order indicating that the restaurant could not fill. I called the restaurant and they said that was not true. I re-ordered through Ubereats. When I called customer service, the woman was rude, then said it would take 10 minutes to get a manager. When I said I would wait, she hung up on me. Horrible business. They almost ruined a special occasion.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE DOORDASH.
