Very upset. We booked a hotel in Chicago.

$150+$9 We bought insurance. We saw it was wrong location. Canceled 50 minutes after booking it. We had to book another location w/Expedia for $300.

Asked for refund for the $150 Was denied by hotel, insurance & Expedia.

Supposed to use another $750 this weekend. If I can book with another company.

I will cancel and never use them again. Very disappointed in deceitful ad for insurance.
