Talking To a LIVE person at Yahoo is VERY time consuming!!
Asked the Yahoo rep. why they are no longer offering to Text as code to my cell phone; that's how I've often done it for DECADES and yet Yahoo offered no ANSWER THAT WAS HELPFUL

Locked Out of my Yahoo Mail addy; no one has helped me so far!!
Yahoo for decades allowed me to sign in using my phone number, but after decades of opting for that (when I forget my password, which I confess is often, since emails are my main reason for going to Yahoo), now when I click in 'Other Options' all I get is an 855 # that provides no help at all!! Thanks to this great site I now have non-855 Yahoo phone #s. Big thanks for that, ---John (pissed at Yahoo)

Preferred solution: I'd like Yahoo Mail to give me the option of sending me a TEXT MSSG. on my phone so I'm not locked out of my Yahoo eMAIL (WHICH i HAVE BEEN FOR SOME 10 DAYS NOW

Me too it says I cannot get into my account when I try email or phone number verification. Been on support for 15 minutes on hold
