Amazon - I have been trying to correct the...changing of my account profile without my authorization which has comprised my credit cards & bank info

I have been trying to correct the incorrect information on my Amazon account that was hacked into without success since I alerted you to this issue on 8/22. I tried to call again today &!was disconnected .

The lack of service & attention to this matter is very concerning . My last order number was 112-767****-393****, name Susan Trobert , phone number 973-219-****.

My bank info is now comprised because of your lack of security in allowing someone to change my account info without my authorization. Such poor customer service has been inflaming this situation .

I need someone to address this situation with some concern at this point .
