I will never refer anyone to Temu and we now have to file charges against the seller they are protecting and them as well. I get emails from customer support not even having the correct information so no one is going to.

Help after more than 30 messages back and forth they just emailed me with incorrect information an order that is not the issue. Pure Incompetence with customer support

For several weeks now, I have tried to get assistance and have Temu make things right for me because I had two sellers send me counterfeit merchandise and ruin a surprise for my sister‘s bridal party. I spent over $2000 just for those things alone once I receive the items they gaslighted me would not help me give me every excuse in the book for not being able to assist me and then one sellers refusing to give me my money back and they are allowing it he did give me half of my money back and not only did they accept that, but they took that and took away a promotion I’d qualified for which I have proof that I asked about because this was something that was not my fault.

I am not gonna pay for or keep first keep something that is a counterfeit item as ER nurse. I have more principles than that. Over the past several months we spent at least $20,000 with them as we have been renovating our home. In addition I spent money to surprise my sister‘s bridal party because I was made of honor and I get a bunch of counterfeit items that are illegal this after going through this and not getting any help until about a week later when people were chiming in that knew nothing about the situation which further angered me because of how naïve they were and didn’t know what was happening .

I bought approximately 10 Michael Kors bags most were from the same seller, which I wasn’t aware of, and I bought several pairs of designer, sunglasses and watches again most from the same seller I was aware of both sold counterfeit items. Temu only answer to me was we are looking into it and doing everything possible and gas continuing to gaslight today when one of the sellers would not give me my money back saying that something was missing from the fake plastic glasses we sent back to him. Temu accepted that he gave me half of my money back, and Temu took it because it was under a promotion I had qualified for which I had previously discussed with a Customer Service representative and she said don’t worry because this was not your fault so you will not be penalized for it so when I finally get half of my money back, Temu takes it after this happened to us.

We researched the company more and we have discovered that they have been in serious trouble for issues just like this we intend to not only file civil charges against both the seller and Temu for allowing this to happen on their platform but also now criminal. I have asked several times for their legal information their legal teams contact information because we have hired an attorney at this point and no one will give that to me.
