Tiktoks algorithm absolutely refuses to respect my decisions on female content.
No matter how many videos I mark 'not interested' and block every single tag I can of each video and block the posters of said videos, my For You page and searches and recommendations are infested with an outrageous amount of women-oriented content. I am a male.
If I mark a literal hundred videos 'not interested' in a row and every single one is about makeup and food and children, I expect to stop seeing women and children and food. Instead, it not only flat out ignores that, but it pushes more of said content onto my algorithm.
I am male. If I say I do not want to see women content on my For You page, it should respect that and no longer show me that type of content instead of repeatedly forcing it down my throat harder and harder.
