Not the right amount of people I booked In the room so I had to pay extra out of pocket for my kids tickets that should have been included with Priceline’s booking.

Priceline has me put in how many people are staying and my kids ages, yet when I got to the hotel Priceline only said there was 2 people staying at the hotel not 5 like it was supposed to be. I payed extra for my kids to have tickets that should have been included with the stay if Priceline would have gotten the booking straight it wouldnt have happened.

Then I was on the phone with them for a long time and they said to send the pic of my credit card bill to them and all they did was send it to Mt Olympus and of course they said theres nothing they can do..because its Pricelines fault!!!

They were the one who didnt put the right amount of people staying, it happened at both Mt. Olympus and Land of Natura, cost me over $57 that shouldnt have ever been but its all because of Priceline they say to put whos all staying in the room but it does no good because they will just put 2 people stay.

Loss:
$57
Cons:
  • Them cheating me

Preferred solution: Price reduction

User's recommendation: Don’t go thru Priceline to book any hotels that include tickets cause they won’t give you the correct amount of people staying.

Then they need to put that on there. It’s very misleading other wise I would book thru the actual hotel not a 3rd party!

Why would Priceline make you put down how many kids were staying and ages then? If it’s only going to put there’s 2 people then the kids shouldn’t matter so that shouldn’t even be on there.

The hotel room is double occupancy for two adults. Kids stay free.

As such, there are only two tickets allotted. The hotel may provide the kids free tickets for guests who booked direct, but third party bookings are not going to get any freebies.
