Lost order from CARiD

I ordered a substantial amount of parts from CARiD and they said they shipped them through a preferred freight company. The items did not arrive as scheduled. I called the freight company and gave them my tracking number that was provided by CARiD and the freight company could not track it down and said there wasn't any shipment coming to my address at all. I called CARiD and was on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. The representative could not find the order and would have to check with the warehouse and would get back to me. Still have not gotten a response.
