Island Granite - Sold a product and could not deliver in a timely fashion!
I bought granite on November 30, 2015 and was lead to believe it could and would be installed before Christmas. At NO time during the buying process was I told the installation could not be done until the middle of January. When I told Island Granite that I did not want to wait until January for installation, I was charged 15% of the told invoice!!This is not illegal, but is definitely a ethical business practice. I called several times and asked for the owner to call me . . . he has yet to return my calls
