PURCHASED MANY NEW ITEMS WAREHOUSE SENDS ME PKGS WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED & RETURNED SEALED SOLD AGAIN

Pros:
  • Its great when the merchandise arrives in one piece
Cons:
  • I hate it when merchandise arrives damaged & broken

Preferred solution: I WOULD LIKE QVC TO REINSTATE ME BACK ON QVC I DID NOTHING WRONG, WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THE ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN, THEY TOLD ME THROW IT AWAY THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT IT BACK, I WISH I COULD TAKE A PIC OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.
