Dear Laura, I am writing because I am having problems with my beauty consultant. I bought several products from my beauty consultant. Most of the time she asked me to Venmo her the money for the products rather than paying for them directly to Mary Kay. I recently returned items and when they were received by Mary Kay I was called by a customer service representative and was told that they could not refund me because my consultant told them that I had not paid for the products. I was unable to attach or copy the Venmo receipt that shows that I did indeed pay my beauty consultant $195 for the products. Of the four products, I kept one, the Lifting Serum, and returned the other three products. If you can send me an email address that will accept a copy of my receipt, I will gladly send it to you. Could you please look into this situation and refund me the money for the three products I returned. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Penelope McGee

User's recommendation: Do not pay your beauty consultant directly , via Venmo or other Payment App. Always pay Mary Kay directly.
