Apple - Iphone 3G

I took a trip to Canada and my iphone worked fine. When my plane was landing in the USA I turned on my phone and it said it needed a restore. When I got home I tried to restore and it did not find the sim card. Next day spend 1 and 1/2 hours at AT&T. They could not fix it and said I had to go to Apple and I had to make an appointment. Apple could not get me in for 3 days. This is my business phone. Apple should worry more about customers who are paying for cell phone service and not so much about selling new phones. I switched to a new phone because apple is not reliable for business service. Sandie in GA
