No No Hair Removal - NONO no longer works

NONO no longer works are there parts to replace I purchased it a while back has worked fine until now Model # 121**** It charges fine lights come on you go to use and no longer removes hair please advise kathleendesk@***.com

User's recommendation: Been very happy with NONO until now it appears ithas given up the ghost.
