I need help with my Amazon account. I'm currently confused on why you closed my account and canceled my orders.

If you're confused about my banking cards, have you heard of others like Mom and Dad helping you to pay for things for college? I'm so confused. I just moved into my brand new dorm, and I need these curtains right as soon as possible, and now it's not even being shipped anymore. I can't even log into my account I've had for years.

This is unacceptable. I'm so mad.
