Verified Reviewer |Amazon - POOR Customer Service and timely delivery
I spent the entire day trying to process my baby registry order. All I got was denials and excuses from Amazon as to why they would not process my order.
I had about $1,300 worth of purchases with over $5,000 in my checking account. They denied my order four times and canceled it. The order had 32 items for my daughter's baby shower. All the items were cut up in crazy groups and canceled.
I called my bank and they said there were no restrictions on my bank account and it had to be Amazon that was denying my order. I called a total of five times to Amazon Customer Service: hung up on once, four others could not tell me why they would not process my order. Every time it was canceled. Amazon swore there were no restrictions on my account and I went back to redo the order again for the sixth time and it said my account was on hold!
Why? They lied to me on the phone. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and every other agency I can find. Amazon ruined my daughter's baby shower and there is no excuse for this *** service.
I have wasted a whole day with nothing to show for it. There is plenty of money in my bank account to cover the order and my bank told me they would accept my order from Amazon. Amazon sucks. I will avoid doing any more business with this failing and disappointing customer service.
You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You have ruined a grandmother's request for her new infant grandson's gifts. That is why more and more people don't shop with Amazon anymore because of your shady dealings and corrupt business practices.
I hope they hand you your *** in court when they prove you people forced people to sign up for your Prime service. You will get yours.
- Selection and price
- Customer service agents poor attitudes
- Poor processing of orders
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Don't shop at Amazon if you can help it! They are crooks that do not care about their customers and lie to us.

Amazon does not force anyone to sign up for Prime.
YOU People need extensive updating and more training for your employees, and give them the power to do their job and not lie to customers.
