Grand Canyon University - Enrollment Counselor Did Not Inform Me of Class Drop Policy
My "enrollment counselor" did not tell me about the class drop policy before he enrolled me in classes. My "enrollment counselor" did not tell me that I would be unable to drop classes after Week 1. My "enrollment counselor" did not have me speak with a Financial Aid Advisor BEFORE he enrolled me in classes. Grand Canyon University threatened me. Grand Canyon University told me that if I dropped my class, I would have to pay back 1,495 dollars within 3 months or my account would be turned over to collections. Deceptive and fraudulent enrollment practices. Grand Canyon University should be shut down
