I bought 2 pair of glasses in the last 3 yrs from WVC. My newest pair I wore all the time got a badly scratched when I fell walking on local trail in March.
I took them and asked if they could order me a new lens. I was told a price and approximate time which she put in her computer. I went back about 3 weeks later and was told they could not get the lens because of covid19. For almost 5 MONTHS I asked about my lens and got the same answer.
Last Wednesday I went back and asked for my prescription so I could get a local vision place to make one. The employee said she could not give it to me but I could come back on Monday when the optometrist was in. I was there at 10 a.m. and asked for the optometrist to get my prescription.
Another employee said she wasn't in.
She walked out of back. Stood there 30 minutes to get it.
