Wyndham Hotels And Resorts - This company does not match prices There call centers are offshore and hire people who do not know American culture.

Do not book though their website, they will not match prices from websites that can charge lower prices. The next thing their call centers reps are in developing countries, do not understand American Culture and only give canned responses. I ask to talk to a supervisor and they drop the call to another call center or hang up.

User's recommendation: Use Booking.com. They are fairer with prices.

I went home a Shaw's supermarket in Mansfield,MA on the way home, I showed the cashier the price and the discount for the item Jake the cashier saw and did not correct it. When I got home I looked at the receipt called the store and spoke with Mario who is a so called manager. He stated they did not sell that brand product. It is their brand, I will be in contact with corporate to get the correct change back and to try to get Mario terminated.

Verizon - I was told they billing date was changed it was not. It is now a duplicate payment

I called on November 14, to chat the date of the payment. The rep stated he would have it done. I checked the bank account and the account on the Verizon website. They took the money twice. I have the confirmation number of the conversation, which is 7bc3191b-a908-4***-*d86-2fcee617b020. Verizon has to move all operations from overseas to the US. The overseas rejects need jobs, I understand that. What they do not understand is American business practices. For this inconvenience I want one year free service.

Shaws - Loyalty program

A few years back, Shaw's did away with their loyalty program. About a year ago they brought it back as For U digital coupon. I used to use Shaw's more often than I do now. Now they play games with their sales, stating select items of a brand on sale. What they don't say is which items are on sale. It is a form of bait and switch. Start stating which items are the selected items. The last time I bought Birds Eye frozen vegetables the selected items were peas and green beans, when the freezer was loaded with all other Birdseye products that were not on sale. No wonder they closed half their stores in Rhode Island and pulled out of New Hampshire completely. t customers which items are on sale. It is trycinying

Bjs Wholesale Club - Delaying checkout to show a government ID, to try to get someone to open a BJ's credit card.

Today when I checked out at the self-checkout. A message stated I had to show a government ID to and employee. When the employee came to assist she stated, to see if I wanted a BJ's credit card. This is not the way to see if people want a credit card. Personally, I want to pay with cash and stop with the credit cards. I do not need businesses, knowing all my information, so they can sell it to other companies. I am thinking about closing out my BJ's account. I do not need to be delayed because BJ's is losing market share, has stopped selling better quality products and started replacing them with lower quality Wellsley Farms and Berkeley and Jensen products.

Save A Lot does not teach their employees to rotate stock.

If Save A Lot would teach their employees to rotate stock they would reduce their waste of product and increase profits. The milk on the lower shelf was dated to sell by 11/30/2020. The milk on the middle shelf was dated 12/5/2020. People grab milk at eye level they do not usually look down. The people who stock the milk just fill the empty space they do not rotate stock. This was today 11/21/2020 at noon time. This is the Providence Store #823.

Its sad you think that way, maybe you should reach out and try helping someone instead of being a puke of a person, I wouldn't wipe my feet on you.

And I have enough money to buy you to wipe them on. You need a lot more then 4 little digets before you think everyone is below you, And if you have so much why are you shopping at the save-a-lot anyway.

Philippine Airlines - Don't bother

This is feedback I gave PAL, people that plan to fly PAL need to see what they are in for. Planning this trip PAL's employees failed to provide quality customer service from the beginning, every call I made to find out information took and hour. Your phone reps are inadequately trained to answer customers questions, they do not instill confidence, they are not allowed to connect people to other sections of the company. When I call a company I expect all my questions answered the appropriately the first time, to expect quality service to be completed. I do not expect to have issues with I cannot confirm the seats, the day of the flight. When i call I expect a response and the issue to be corrected. I expect every time a company makes an error that inconveniences the customer to be compensated for my time. This complaint is also about our baggage did not make the plane to Cebu from Manila. You had 3 hours to make sure it was on the plane. What happened? I want compensation for the waste of time having to go back to the airport to claim the baggage since you will not deliver the bags to the place we are staying, why? It is your employees that messed up, do not state it is your policy. Your company is a disgrace to the people of the Philippines, your employees should be ashamed of the customer service they provide. I do want a call about from a vice president explaining what went wrong, and what has been done to correct the issue. You will call on a wired phone not through a computer that is clear. They will be dressed down if they do not give the correct answers that I feel are worthy of my wasted time. This is the people I spoke with at PAL they are being outted for poor service. This is another view of PAL's service. Who trains your people? Your phone reps and supervisors do not have a clue about how to handle phone calls. The following reps that I caught their names that when asked difficult questions they hung up. Jamilla, Poach, Celina, Roda, the male rep who answered the call at 03:41 your time. The worst I had tonight was with Vera0018ya does not know to leave a voicemail and good phone # to get in contact with her. The other issue to be fair to your reps is they do not have phone #s to transfer customers to the appropriate department. Sending an email that gets a canned response is patronizing to your passengers. Correct that and stop setting your employees up to fail. It is not fair to them. Why does PAL think so little of your employees? I have told the better ones to update their resumes and start applying to better places to work. Get with the program if you want to have a successful company you cannot treat your customers as poorly as you treat your employees. Again the only reason we used PAL was as last resort because what is going on in Hong Kong. It would not surprise me if the Tans asked Ping to crack down on the people of Hong Kong so Cathay Pacific gets squeezed. I was calling to get a good phone # so I can hold a person accountable for the poor handling and the luggage not getting put on the plane with my loved ones. This will also be posted on facebook and sent to the US aviation and consumer regulators. Enough is enough of this inept service.

Upromise - Don't bother!

How do you save funds when they want you to consume more and cause prices to go up on goods and services. If you want to save funds for education, stop spending on all nonessentials, such as dining out, and buying cheap goods on impulse purchases.
