Wisely by ADP - Horrible Dispute Process

I filed a dispute over two months ago, I never received the documents they claimed to have sent me 3 times over to push my dispute through. Finally after 2 months waiting, they say I have to wait another 3 weeks for an investigation so the merchant can prove otherwise. You would think they would show some urgency or remorse seeing that We are in the middle of a pandemic, What makes matters worse is Im unemployed.

User's recommendation: Don’t bank with them.
