PayPal - Rejected Claim, with No research

Pay Pal could have looked at previous delivery pictures and seen that the tractor delivery picture was not my porch. and additionally I gave them my address, which entered in a search will bring up pictures of my porch on real estate sites

I purchased a lawn tractor on Ebay and paid with PayPal, never got tractor. The seller said they delivered the tractor and sent a picture of a cardboard box (about 2ftX2ft) on a porch, nothing like mine. The box could hardly hold a lawn tractor and *** said the box weighed 52 pounds, hardly the weight of a tractor, closer to 300lbs The Pay Pal person that handled the complaint is beyond lazy and if worked for me would be "fired" and the company that committed the fraud/crime should be banned from PayPal and Ebay too.
