Square, Inc - Merchant Services is using fraudulent business practices and holding $14K of our money
Square, Inc has taken $14,624.23 of our money from two separate sales and has frozen our account and asked for our account to be verified which we did. They still refuse to send our funds to our bank account. We have left a better business bureau complaint and are awaiting an answer. The business practices used by Square are extremely suspect and I can't believe they are able to operate the way that they do. This is causing irreparable harm to our business and we aren't going to be able to recover from this if the money isn't transferred to our account immediately. Square does not have a live person for customer support at all. If anyone from Square is reading this, we need someone to contact us immediately to resolve this.
