Square, Inc - Merchant Services is using fraudulent business practices and holding $14K of our money

Square, Inc has taken $14,624.23 of our money from two separate sales and has frozen our account and asked for our account to be verified which we did. They still refuse to send our funds to our bank account. We have left a better business bureau complaint and are awaiting an answer. The business practices used by Square are extremely suspect and I can't believe they are able to operate the way that they do. This is causing irreparable harm to our business and we aren't going to be able to recover from this if the money isn't transferred to our account immediately. Square does not have a live person for customer support at all. If anyone from Square is reading this, we need someone to contact us immediately to resolve this.

Tag everyone Have all your people tag him and everyone associated with him. It took this for them to call me and eventually return my money within 3 days.


square is the worst ever they have 44k of my money since june of last year i filed with the bbb and that does nothing they still have an a+ all they are doing is responding to the complaints not following through they should allow you to re file your complaint since they did not do what they say


They still dont pay me any money its been over a year. All these complaints i read but no one comments on if they ever got thier money. The bbb changed thier website i cant respond to them after the close my case they are just as dirty as square there is nothing you can do about your money maybe i will visit the ceo or maybe mess with his money
