I placed an order for a skillet, and it was too heavy for me. They allowed me to return it.

I didn't have the debit card anymore that I used for the purchase, so I asked to use my new one for the refund.

They said it had to go back to my Amazon account. So, they forced me to hold my money.

Pros:
  • Good for selection and prices
Cons:
  • Lot of defective problems

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Beware of greediness of Amazon.

CSC ServiceWorks - No refund

I was unable to use their laundry machine two times as the machine was broken. I reported the machine to the company and asked for a refund.

They came out and fixed the machine but I have been waiting for refund for over two weeks. Have emailed them several times and no response.

Loss:
$5
Pros:
  • You can use online account and not put quarters in machines
Cons:
  • Machines break down often

Preferred solution: Full refund

Resolved: Credit One Bank - Will not allow me to pay off my account. And they don't allow emails for communication.

I went to my Credit One Bank account to pay off my debt and was informed I could not at this time. I was unable to contact the company by email to ask to pay off my account. They don't accept emails.

  • Fast credit
Cons:
  • Hard to close account honestly

Preferred solution: I would like to be able to pay off my debt.
