Charter Communications - Cancel Anytime

I have searched every where for an email address for Spectrum. THERE IS NONE! I need to cancel service I took for my son who is mentally ill. I pay for it but it is in his name and They probably will want to talk to him which is impossible. The say cancel at anytime but they make it impossible to do so.

User's recommendation: Get an email address from them when you sign up.
