Shop Your Way - ZERO Customer Service

I got this site from a co worker at major airline in December. All of us used the service in December for a few things with no issues $5.00 off items spending $40 ish... The problem is they "advertise" one thing but the codes NEVER WORK! They told me $10 off $20 sporting good sears.... tried multi times didnt work. Chatted with them, called them and emailed them after being told each time something different! They told me Item was "special buy"...sent them screen shot it wasn't. Told me "only used on treadmills"...hm Says "Sporting goods" $10 of $20?? How many treadmills do you know sell for less than $500?? Told me the mattress was only $15 and I needed $20....had to THEM TO LOOK IN CART and see I had two other items in there! I wrote 3 emails and every time the customer "serviceless" told me different things and said "oh well". I spent over $20,000 online last year (per my bank stats) because I travel and it is easier to buy EVERYTHING online for me! LOL! This is the WORST customer service I have had in ten years. FYI>>>> Went STRAIGHT to Sears site and the discount worked PERFECT!! Will not be going thru Shop your Way again...straight to vendor for me! :)

Completely agree! They dont know how to follow through on any promise nor promos they are offering they ALWAYS find that loop hole.

Surprised at Starbucks!

I am truly surprised that Starbucks got sucked into the ONLY I-PHONES promotions! They are always offering BONUS STARS if you use their app...ONLY ON I-TUNES...to order and pay ahead! I understand the reasoning to want patrons to pay ahead...saving time for everyone...but for those of us who cant afford an I-phone there should be an alternate method! I have a gold card...I have a Starbucks account...so why cant I order there by paying ahead and just pick up showing my card?? Almost every store in American does online shopping and picking up at store!! Those of us who dont own I-phones could order that way and get our bonus stars towards our freebies!! I have called them...written them with the same response each time....too bad, soooo sad. For those of us who are loyal they losing us...and it is *** me off!! :( REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN STARBUCKS tunnel thinking...

I checked on-line for promo codes and was able to use all but one of the 5 codes available including "authentic" "oneofakind" "original" and "crafted" the only code I was not able to use was the "realdeal" because I do not have direct mail

Just in case .... anyone who gets an email from OPEN SKY for a 75.00 credit... it is 20 percent off COUPON! This pissed me off becuase I sent them an email asking what it was....clicked on the link MULTI times...searched it and couldnt find anything except I had gotten 75.00 off a future order! Almost exact same thing just recently happened to me. I immediately tried to stop the order because I had been charged for 2 of the exact same thing.

I was trying to contact them within minutes, as in 2-3 minutes. I got the same response about returning the item for refund.

Now, they won't respond to my emails.

They suck!!

Dont Online Shop at Frys Electronics!! Waste of time!

WOW!! I am the QUEEN of online shopping...always order online and pick up at the stores!! Saves sooo much time...EXCEPT HERE!! I was SHOCKED at their process!! Everyone needs to know before they take the time to online order their method!! Working for an airline Frys Electronics on Baseline/I-10 was close and on the way home to get my sons b-day present. Went online today and ordered a gear shifter for his xbox and waited for the email to say it was ready. When I entered the store (customer service blocks the entryway) I asked them where to pick up online orders. They told me I had to wait in line at the registers and anyone could help! EVERY store I have ordered online for store pick up has a SPECIAL desk to get those items EXCEPT FRYS! The idea of ordering online is to SAVE TIME!! So... I went to the line which was over 25-30 people and waited the 20 minutes to get to the cashier. Once there he asked for the email print out that my order was ready. I asked if he couldn't just find it by my last name (due to there was only about 7 items on the back shelf for pick up and I could see it sitting there). He told me NO he HAD to have the email. With all those poor people waiting he proceeded to chat with another cashier while I found the email on my phone. I told him what the item was (and it had a LARGE PAPER WITH MY NAME ON IT) behind him but he told me again he had to have the email. BUT...after I showed him the email and he retrieved the item he asked for my credit card. I told him I paid online and he said they just ask for a credit card...and he didn't know why.... but they never actually charge a card until you get there!! I asked him WHY I entered all that info online and he said he had no clue. I have had the online pick up store ask to just see the card but never have to run it there too!! WHY DID I ORDER ONLINE WHEN IT SAVED ME ABSOLUTELY NO TIME!??? Why no pick up counter?? (and they had over TEN counters open and about 10 employees standing around behind them just chatting!) I even spoke to the manager at the store before I left to be sure it really was the way they do it!! He said that is just their policy in case someone changes their mind before picking up?? Once again....WHY DID I ORDER ONLINE?? if any of you have been to Frys Electronics you also know the line I am talking about.... the LONG LINE between aisles of junk you have to wait thru like an amusement park attraction maze??!! Once again...WHY ORDER ONLINE if you have to wait thru all that??? Just letting you know ALL THEIR COMPETITORS allow you to order online....pay online...an pick up QUICKLY at a SPECIAL DESK your items!! Since most of those places price match...it makes NO SENSE to EVER shop at Frys' Electronics again!! This is 2016.... Cyber shopping is the way of the future and they are living in Bedrock still!! Just FYI... DONT ORDER ONLINE!!! :) Happy Cyber shopping everyone!! :)

wow, so you are mad because they needed to have the verification email to make sure you placed the order regardless of name or not, and they needed to verify your credit card to make sure you are who you say you are? It's store policy.

Don't like it? Don't shop there. Simple as that.

So sick of reading these reviews to get honest feedback and it is really just people not having instant gratification for what they think they deserve. Good luck shopping anywhere else haha!

NOPE!! You didn't read it very well!!

They do not need to VERIFY the credit card....because they never process it!! AND... I dont know what review you are reading...they dont need to VERIFY the email....they have no clue what your email is...they just want to SEE IT! Since you post as anonymous I suppose you work there...or have a vested interest....

but even the MANAGER said they didn't need it! :) Hmm....simply dont shop there?? This was the FIRST TIME I had used them...and since apparently you cant read very well...said I would never revisit the store! :) I said I wish it was a better online process because sometimes you need QUICK PICK UP....nothing against the store...just their pick up policy stinks!

:) Once again...since you post ANONYMOUS... must have a third grade education since nothing said I think I DESERVE quicker online pickup..said if I have a choice of purchasing for "matched price" at Best Buy...Target...or everyone who sells electronics...will CHOOSE to purchase from someone who knows what ONLINE SHOPPING means to the consumer... which is QUICK pick up! :) I am SURE those who read reviews before shopping ....or those who have ever used your online pick up service...will agree!!

Wow again.... I wrote her back as you see in my posting...and this is now her response....

Our records show your contract has expired. If you'd like to continue to finance with us, we need you to come in to renew your contract, provide us with updated information and we can also discuss the options with principal and interest payments for you.

If you choose not to renew, since you are at the end of your term, the balance of your loan needs to be paid in full.

Tina **** Guess this shows they care about the money...not the people that their company advertises! I went with them due to they are an Arizona owned company and tried to keep the revenue local...lesson learned....customer service is the MOST IMPORTANT thing when there are so many companies to choose from....

WOW!!! Read this letter this TINA girl sent me! I took out a 1,000.00 loan a couple years ago and have paid them over 2000.00 for it and STILL owe 500.00 ish. That is no big deal...trying to rebuild credit so thought it would be a good way to elevate my credit standing...and I have paid EVERY MONTH and dealt with really nice people. This week I have been CRAZY BUSY due to I work at US Airways and we merged with American so I was ONE DAY LATE and this is the letter this Tina sent me!! Just FYI... there are a LOT of loan places out there....I hope this copy of this letter discourages you ALL from working with them....here it is...crazy rude.... Dear Debra, Please call Maximum Title Loans, LLC regarding your past due payment. As a reminder, there are no grace periods with your loan and it is important you make your payment today before 7:00 PM as you are in default. Call the office nearest you to confirm the minimum payment due and when you will be making a payment so we can bring your MAX Loan current. Be advised, if we do not hear back from you, we will continue attempts to contact you so please communicate with us and bring your account current. If we do not hear back from you, our collections department is required to contact your references. After 10 days, we may file a legal claim for which you are responsible for the additional legal costs and subject to late fees. Need more money? Call the Maximum Office nearest you and ask a representative how to get an increase to your MAX Loan after you make your payment today! **Per the contract you will be in default if you break any promise made under this or any other loan agreement. so you are mad because you were late on a payment that you signed a contract stating you would pay by a specific day on each month and they sent you a collections letter? its your responsibility to pay on time regardless if "work is busy".

Marlboro - Promo...

Wow...got a response from customer service about having to have a smart phone to enter their last promo.... the responded pretty much too bad...so sad....so guess I need to give up smoking to afford that smart phone! LOL! :) Just really surprised their customer service blew me off so quickly.... I also commented about their Red Moon Sweeps...which sucked just as bad.... guess they are losing so many customers with their bad service.. I have read a LOT of reviews with fellow smokers who have been treated the same way!! I am use to Marlboro being better than that....welcome to 2015...hiring customer service employees at the lowest price they can without ANY customer service manners!!! Oh well!!
