Had me start filling out the paperwork before the vehicle was even at the site. Then got no test drive. The vehicle is covered in scratches and was told I could come back and get them buffed out. I was handed paperwork to turn in when I returned. I returned 2 days later and was told they wouldn't honor it, plus the salesman wasn't there. I asked to speak with the manager and waited 3 plus hours for no one to come out to speak with me. The vehicle is dirty, the headliner is dirty, The body is covered in scratches, It has no acceleration, the seats are dirty and to this day no one has tried to contact me about these problems. Also charged me GAP insurance without asking me. They just added it to the price.
