Aliexpress - I made a purchase on march 22nd and it disappeared but they charged my card for full amount

On March 22nd, 2026, I ordered an excavator from AliExpress. The item disappeared from my purchases, but they didn't refund my money.

I placed a dispute with my credit card company, but they just sent me a letter saying that the charges remain. So I have no item number, no tracking information, and no way to contact AliExpress directly.

All I have is my credit card statement with the date and transaction number to PayPal Alipay US Inc. I am out a considerable amount of money and just trying to get a refund.

Preferred solution: Either the item I purchased or a full refund

User's recommendation: Be very cautious and verify the supplier before you attempt a purchase.
