I received a phone call from the office of the CEO, but when I received no call, I followed up. The secretary said no call referred the case to supposed bank specialists.

Still, no follow-up. Don't bank with USAA; bad banking practices, no customer retention or service.

I used the company with bill pay. They changed policies on how your money is processed, and then you need to stop payment.

They make you go through disputes without provisional credit for 7-10 business days. Do not bank with USAA; bad client relationship.

There was a strange transfer from my account to their account on kraken, I had no idea how this happened. I brought it to their attention they locked down my account for security reasons.

Now, they keep hassling me about making a statement saying I have to take responsibility for past and future activities on my account. I wrote a complaint about how weird this is, nothing happened, and my account is still limited in services.D

I thought it was a good idea ordered item and went to activate it there was a charge of $9 a month for premium, but no option for a basic atlease not one I was aware of.

So buyer beware. FIDO alert offers all the same services for free 1/2 the shipping and tag is metal where crumb is plastic.

What I recieved was one small item for the price $68.99. They are stating this the mystery box one item when advertisement said super big box not one pathetic item.

No notice, just raised my bill again. The 1st time was $10, the 2nd was $30, all within 3 months.

I canceled service for both internet and mobile. I was making payments on two broken phones because they didn't provide insurance, but when I canceled my services, making timely monthly payments, they just pulled the money for the phones with no warning, all at once, $168.
