Walmart has my food and money hostage!

Yesterday morning I made a food delivery order from Walmart+ and didn't receive my order or a refund. I'm a diabetic and I spent the last of my money to buy food; now I have nothing.

I'm supposed to wait 48 hours for their system to respond to the request to cancel the order and refund my money! I'm a handicapped disabled woman!

I'm so sick of Walmart's inability to provide quality service. And your milk always goes bad days before the expiration date!
