Megabus - Recent trip/ Nash to atlanta

On the 8th of June I booked a trip from Nashville to Atlanta. I was informed to arrive 15 minutes early. Which I did. At approximately 5 til I approached the driver and asked if it was too early to board the bus.... Her response was "you're good. The driver is not here yet". I went back to my Aunt's car and waited while watching the bus for the driver's arrival. 10 minutes went by. Again I inquired about boarding... Her response was. "oh l am sorry you can board but I am still waiting on the driver. I don't know where he at". I boarded the bus. Only half the people on the first level were wearing a mask. That concerned me so I proceeded to the upper level. There was debree everywhere. The floor was sticky as though someone had spilled a sofa. It made me question the cleanliness of the bus.... Period!!!!!!! As time progressed a lady returned to the bus. From purchasing food. MInd u NO MASK She I formed us all the driver an elderly black man had arrived. 20 minutes later the bus had yet to move. Out of curiosity I asked the NEW DRIVER how much longer before we leave. His response was" I don't know. I am not the driver. He still ain't here yet" I then replied what is the hold up. We have been sitting here for 20 minutes under the IMPRESSION YOU WERE THE DRIVER. He then informed me his purpose was to relieve the first driver. And when our actual driver finally does show up. He still had to drive to Chicago, By my text records.. We pulled off at 7:02Nahville time. None of us even knew the driver had arrived. There was no greeting, explanation, apology. Information about an E T A NOTHING.,How rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! Fast forward to Chattanooga. Now I am famished was going to grab a burger... When we stopped he announced that it was not a rest stop. But drop off. Although I was starving. Actually beyond FAMISHED. But I had no choice. I then texted my sister to inform we were in Chattanooga. She asked me what time she needed to be at the bus station to pick me up. In turn I asked the driver. His response.... We are running 2 hours behind. Again I asked. What time should I have my ride there. He abruptly responded in 2 hours. All my years of travel. I HAVE NEVER EVER. had a driver or pilot not an once an E t a. And that we have arrived. And thanks for choosing mega bus.... Etc. Unbelievable. I was appauled at the lack of professionalism. The lack of cleaniless. The lack of enforcement of masks. I could go on and on. Sooooooo VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY QUESTION NOW IS...... WHAT ID MANAGEMENT going to do
