I ordered [PERSON_NAME] eats and immediately realized I had forgotten to specify gluten-free. I called the restaurant immediately and they told me two of the items I had ordered were not gluten-free, but they would hold the order while I contacted Uber Eats.
I kept trying and trying and trying to contact someone and reached no one so I canceled the order and wound up being charged full price for the entire order minus the delivery fee. Even though the restaurant had not prepared it and they were holding it. I tried doing a charge back on my credit card, but they couldnt get through to Uber eats either and I wound up having to eat the whole thing.
I will never use them again. Unacceptable to never be able to reach a person.

User's recommendation: never use Uber eats. Grubhub and DoorDash are better.

You made the mistake by not ordering everything glutin free. In the future get an adult to help you with the ordering.
