Sntchx - Have a working customer service department. Give order numbers that you tracking service recognizes. Deliver orders is reasonable timeframes.

Respond to inquiries regarding orders. End the chat feature since you didn’t respond once in 40 minutes.

Issue order numbers that your tracking service recognizes. Deliver orders in reasonable timeframes.

Have a phone number that someone ANSWERS for customer service department. Treat customers with respect.

Ordered swimsuit on 4/26. Says it shipped 5/4.

Has not arrived and cant track shipment as their service doesnt recognize order number. No customer service phone number. Unresponsive to emails. No response to chat in 40 minutes.

40 minutes on a chat without even a hello.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

User's recommendation: Save your money and your sanity. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
