Monitronics - Unbelievable customer service
Not only was I robbed under this company, but I also had my heat sensor installed right above my stove. The fire department has come out over 15 times.
My contract was over in 2010, but they stated it was not over until 2017. The hold times are outrageous and you cannot contact them via email. It is disgusting. I have never seen a company with poorer customer service and slow response times.
It is unlawful, unsafe and unrecommended.
If you have nothing else to do but argue and be on hold and get transferred every time you call, then go ahead and get them. You get what you pay for.
