SpellbindersPaperArts - Wont refund my money

I purchased the May Large Die of the Month Club. It clearly stated that if you "in in May you will receive the May die. I joined in May but was sent the April Dies. I contacted them they told me I order the wrong one which I did not besides its says if you join in May....... They said I had to pay postage to return it. I returned it and it was received. Now they are refusing my a refund but giving me $40 in credit. I do not want credit, I do not want to do business with this company ever again. I want my $40 refunded and original shipping costs which I believe were about $14.95. Also claiming COVID they do not answer their customer service phone at all. e-mail takes forever and you never get anywhere with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Epic Management/Beaver Medical Group/Anthem Blue Cross

I was a patient at Beaver Medical Center which is run by Epic Management. I am overweight and wanted to have gastric bypass surgery as they are doing it for other patients. While I have moved from the area I was still a patient and it was the only place Blue Cross would allow me to be seen. So I requested it and was told that I would need to attend an year of monthly meetings and weigh ins. They already knew that I did not live in the area and so could not attend the meetings. I asked for accommodations such as being able to view the meetings on line or by video and to be able to weigh in by some other means. I was denied any accommodations by them and they would not allow any other accommodations. I had also requested breast reduction surgery because the weight of them puts pressure on permanently damaged and arthritic vertebrae (they have the x-rays and MRI's) to prove this. I also have a prescription pain pill to help me live with the pain. Again knowing that I would be unable to do so they decided that I must undergo months of physical therapy in order to be considered for surgery. Epic Management/Beaver Medical/Anthem Blue Cross has no real care for their patients. The bottom line is money. Nothing else really matters to them

Brian Mallory Construction Paraidise California

I bought a home built by this locally well-known contractor in 2007. It had been built in 2003. Two months into my residency we had a major storm with strong winds. That morning I walked into my kitchen and felt water hit the top of my head. I looked up to see that the skylight had been moved by the wind leaving an 18" x 18" x 6" gap. I called the Realtor and she got some one to come out to fix it. The man who did fix it said that it and the other skylight had never been fastened to the roof. Then a few months later I went outside to work on the yard. I noticed that the siding which should have lasted forever was warped. A friend said just to put screws in where the construction crew had nailed it. Unfortunately putting screws would not solve the problem because there are no studs at the seams of the siding. The only fix is for me to hire someone to take the siding off, add 2 x 4 studs and put up new siding. Expensive!! There are a number of other problems with this house all of them construction issues. They are the kinds of things that you just don't notice when you tour the house. The wood laminate floors were not laid correctly and there are numerous gaps. The baseboards have the same problems in every room. There are electrical problems in one bedroom and things end up getting fried. We have to use surge protectors on everything that gets plugged in. The electric panel is labeled incorrectly and it's difficult to locate the proper circuit for anything. This also means that the things hooked up to the GFCI circuits are not necessarily the ones that should be. If you are thinking about buying a house by this contractor please rethink your plans. My brother is a contractor and says this is not the way homes should be built.
