Ubereats - Driver kept customers food that was supposed to be delivered

I don't do the food ordering takeout at all, but I tried it and the Uber driver never delivered my food. It says a person who goes by Cheli was supposed to be the delivery driver.

How do drivers get to pick up an order, then cancel the customer's whole order?

I have to admit I was a little pissed off because, like I said, I don't do this at all. Thank you for listening, and have a great day.
