Princess Cruises - Lack of Customer Service

If anyone reading this cruises more than just once, you will appreciate the fact that when you book your cruise, you must pay for the service at the time of booking. No matter how far in advance your cruise takes place. Since Covied 19 and the cruise industry has come to a halt, the cruise industry has decided to hang onto your money for as long as they can. Why haven't they returned your booking money as quickly as they take it?

Mitsubishi Motors North America - Poor Customer Service

You cannot be serious. I have not heard from Mitsubishi Motors about the shoddie customer relations that I received from the dealership, Augusta Mitsubishi, Augusta, GA, nor have I heard from Mitsubishi Motors on what they plan to do to resolve this issue.

What a crock of b.s. It is a shame that the consumer bears such little respect as shown by the actions of a so called respectable customer service program.

It is funny that I should be still upset about customer service issues with regard to Mitsubishi Motors, I had high hopes upon making a purchase of a 2020 Mitsubishi Motors vehicle through one of their dealerships. The truth is that I continue to be dismayed at the misrepresentation of dealership customer service. The dealership totally misrepresented itself prior to the sale, and after the completion of the sale. First, we had to travel 200 miles round trip to pick up a new car. Upon arrival, we discovered that we were not getting the vehicle that we were promised. It just did not have the accessories that we were led to believe. Then we were told that unless we wanted to upgrade, at an additional $3000, we would not receive what we thought we were getting. Nonetheless, after the sale, the salesman promised to send to us a gift of cleaning supplies as a thank you, NEVER DID. The sales manager promised to send me $100 for the radio that I had to find and purchased, NEVER DID. and finally, the GM discussed the matter with me, further indicated that she ( and yes this person represented herself as the facility GM), that she would make up for the problems. This is after being notified by MMNA to fix the problem, partially DID. I attempted to call the GM, left message, never returned my call (2 messages left), emailed her with no return..... How petty can businesses be, even with the market showing the poor sales and dealerships selling vehicles at pennies on the dollar....ALL B____ S____. The car is beautiful to look at, great to drive. Customer service literally dropped the ball to make the customer 100% satisfied. In any case, our purchase of a new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport was tainted by the less than adequate customer service. Jim Wentz

Mitsubishi Motors North America - Poor Customer Service

Yes this dealership contacted me only to determine whether or not that I had purchased a Mitsubishi vehicle or not. After learning that we purchased a new vehicle from another dealership, that was the end of the conversation. It did not matter that we had to go elsewhere to make a purchase, nor did it matter that the vehicle did not have the accessories that we really wanted, they quickly hung up the phone without any further conversation...poor, poor, poor.

User's recommendation: make certain that you get what you wanted and do it in writing.

You bought a car basted almost entirely on an advertisement? An advertisement isn't the factual sticker that's on a car listing the included equipment. Besides, you should have asked about the included equipment at any point of the sales process.

Mitsubishi Motors North America - Disgruntled Customer

I just wanted Mitsubishi to know what kind of customer relationship that a poor sales person can do to harm Mitsubishi's brand name. I was just wanting to voice my opinion about a poor dealership and the person that is in charge.

Mitsubishi Motors North America - To Purchase a New Vehicle

Since no one from Mitsubishi has taken any step to contact me and discuss what I felt was very important. I cannot believe that no one from Mitsubishi feels it necessary to discuss what I felt was a very important subject. Are there no professional customer service personnel still available to help their customers.
