Parfait Tailored Hair - Wigging out BAD hair Day
Updated by user Aug 18, 2023

The company does not care. They have not contacted me since they sent an irrelevant link to a video. It seems this is definitely a BUYER BE WARE as a company that once they have your money they can leave you with junk

Original review Jul 19, 2023
I was excited to try the hype of an AI wig but the excitement turned into disappointment when the wig arrived. The presentation was nice, I think they spent most of their money on the box LOL.
The insert told nothing about how to wear the wig and the copy seemed to be incomplete so I guess no one proofed the copy before they went to press.

When I reached out to get instructional videos or some sort of PDF to help with putting the wig on (there is this huge strap in the back of the wig that I have no clue what to do with) I was told to book a virtual consultation. I asked a friend who wears wigs if they could look at it to help. They agreed that the wig didnt really fit the back of my head and looked bad. I think the hype is just that AI hype perhaps they need to rethink how they utilize AI it should be more than flat photos of the front and side of the customers.

It needs to be a 360 scan not all heads are shaped the same. Now I just have a very expensive box and a bad wig. I think they probably want to do a virtual consultation to sell you LOL I have a mirror and friends that tell the truth and the truth here is it isnt worth the money or the AI hype for me.
Btw they did come back with a video that did not show how to put the wig on just how to comb it out . Not helpful LOL then there was a video of a photo shoot .

Not helpful. So the lesson learned was very expensive and customer service is less than desirable.

Shutterstock - Horrible ACCOUNT service

Shutterstock - Horrible ACCOUNT service

I am a graphic artist. I am a one person, sole freelancer who has more than once been accused by the sales managers of being a company this morning once again I receive a money hungry sale manager from Shutterstock.com email stating I came across your Shutterstock account and noticed you are using a company domain registered under a single seat personal plan.

In other words after charging my account for a monthly charge they wanted more.

So this idiot tells me that because I have a sbcglobal.net email address I am a company who has multiple people using my account this I should be paying more.

LOL I wish I was ATT or the now defunct Southwestern Bell Corporation which gave me this email address. I do not have that type of money and unless my dog counts as an employee I have none.

This company always toggles on the automatic charge to accounts I suggest you go into you account and toggle it to the OFF position.

You cant think much of a company that doesnt train their employees to research before accusing people of needing to pay more money for their services.

DO NOT USE THEM

What can you say about a company like OptimRX that will NOT take you off their marketing call list when requested multiple times? DO NOT USE THEM.

What can you say about a company like OptimRX that when given a survey on the phone will not accept anything other than a 10 and sends you to a response stating they did not hear your response even when you are using a keypad? DO NOT USE THEM

What can you say about a company like OptimRX that when there is a recall on your medication will just stop sending you anything and expect YOU to figure something out?

DO NOT USE THEM.

What can you say about a company like OptimRX that when they are not making a "sale" hangs up on you? DO NOT USE OptimRX.

This company does NOT CARE about anything but their bottom line. There is no "savings" being passed on, there is on customer care. There is no health in anything they do.

I do understand these recent complaints on optum rx. When these foreigners don't get what I'm saying.

I get off and call UnitedHealth and tell them about the problem. Uhc will call optumrx with me on the phone and address the problem and anything else.

This has been helpful when I'm tired of explaining. It's to much.

William David Clothing - Scam artists they just sell one size fits no one from china

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
1. The only thing they spend money on is the website to take you money 2. They make the claim to order 2 sizes larger so they can blame the consumer but when you buy 4-4 sizes larger you still get the same size too small 3. Once they have your money forget about any resolutions they dont care and you will just hear they do not take merchandise back and shipping is delayed if you do ever get your item 4. they say made to measure / bespoke but it is not far from it 5. You can find the same type product sold from China on Amazon for under 50.00

eSalon - FLAT, DULL, HORRID PRODUCT

BAD BAD BAD. Here is a company that requests a recent photo of you ...WHY so that they can color match to your color. So if your photo is taken inside under bad lighting that is the color your color stylist will develop for YOU. BAD IDEA. You end up with a flat color and probably NOT the color you want.

I wanted red, red like Julianne Moore which would be a dark, rich, copper-red blonde. But that is NOT what I got. I got a FLAT brown with a dirty tinge of red. A very dirty ugly flat color. If you want highlights DO NOT USE eSALON. eSALON is FLAT. Now I will need to go to a real salon to get them to fix this horrid color.

Sure esalon wants me to let them try to fix it so they can keep my credit card on file and sell me a monthly supply of bad products and blah flat hair color. I say NO! if you sell me a bad product that looks horrible WHY would I want you to try to fix it with something that is probably worse.

So if you want FLAT, DULL hair this is the product for you. If you want s pretty color with highlights look elsewhere.

Keurig 2.0 the worst engineered product ever

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This is my second replacement Keurig 2.0, the first one worked only for 1 1/2 weeks. WHAT A JOKE. The replacement arrived 2 days ago. I was determined to make certain to baby the new machine and save the *** box this time to ship the junk back when it quit.

Immediately when unpacking the box I was laughing. The first communication out of the box states in BOLD 72pt type DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE. Then it goes on in bold type to tell you... Problems? Brewer maintenance or functionality? Call Keurig! We're always here to help. YEAH RIGHT. If you know your product sinks fix it. Recall the *** dysfunctional piece of ***. Don't try to fix your engineering mistake by using marketing propaganda, we know you do not want the stores to see all the returns, they might find out how bad your company is really is.

OK so I got over my laughter and continued to assemble the machine with fingers crossed. Upon plugging the machine in and putting water in there it was again that HORRID SOUND...churning, cranking ... the sound of an old machine, not a modern quiet machine but an old crank up machine. Whoever designed this product must have been deaf and know nothing about today's world, I do not see Apple designing ipads that sound like old typewriters. But Keurig designs a coffee machine that sounds like an old crank steam machine.

After 3 cups of coffee it started... the *** sound of an old man with a prostate problems. Push it out old man Keurig. Hmmm, less than a quarter cup.

I would call customer service but they are a joke, unfriendly probably due to all the calls from irate customers who purchased this trash bin of a gem they deal with all day and night. My best bet is to do some research and find a company that is up-to-date with their product design and functionality. I want a product that has a smaller footprint. I want a product that I do not have to listen to warming up. I want a product that I can rely on. Definitely NOT a Keurig.

After getting the replacement, we now are coffee deprived because the second machine did the exact same thing after a week of use, the machine kept pushing out less and less coffee. Coffee that was bitter.

BAD MACHINE.

We are on the hunt for a different brand that WORKS. Keurig your product is a LEMON.
