FedEx - Delivery drivers are slack

A very popular store chain uses FedX to deliver packages and the drivers refuse to follow instructions. I am disabled and walk mostimes with a cane and have repeatedly stipulated that I need my packages delivered directly to my door. I have stated NOT to leave them in the mail room as I live in a high rise where these seniors have sticky fingers and don't respect anyone's property that they is left unattended Instructions were Bvb to NOT leave my packages unattended. It shouldnt be that hard to do their job. Maybe you should pay your employees more or shorten their load. Fix this! Sincerely, A customer who is FEDUP with reordering just to receive my packages

PushPay - Didn"t care about this customer

I've been using PushPay for several months no complaint. So I decided to go automatic with my payments. In July 2020 I paused my payment so that nothing would come out of my account in August. Ofcourse PushPay's system didn't follow up with this and charged me anyway. My bank account went into overdraft and when I called to have PushPay fix their mistake and refund my money they LIED and said that I sisnt oauae my payment till August. PushPay also blamed the institution that I was making the payment to and never accepted responsibility for their mistake. I'm telling any and everyone I can that PushPay sawant honor their notifications about pausing their pay options. This caused me an over draft change of $70 as two items were not paid sue to PushPays negligence. PushPay owes me $160 as I'm reporting this. Whatever you do DONT ever use auto payments with PushPay. I learned a costly lesson

DOORDASH - Paid and didn't receive product

I ordered Bojangles on June 5th using the Doordash app and $40.92 was taken immediately off my card although no notification of the transaction showed up yet $40.92 was missing. I changed my mind about this transaction not more than two minutes after making it. I called Door dash immediately and was told yes they received my money AND that Door dash promptly refunded my money. Never received it. I called Door Dash again and was told to wait 5-7 days to see a refund placed back on my card. I waited and still no refund. I'm making this complaint because I have repeatedly asked Door Dash to refund my$40.92 to no satisfaction. I'm not sure why they can't trace what happened to my $40.92 If Door Dash had refunded my money 1st) No notification was given to me yet my $40.82 was debited 2nd) I received no product for it 3rd) Door Dash never sent me my refund or it would have showed up in my notifications I want my $40.92

Extra Space Storage - Lies Don't Believe the Advertisement

Don't believe the $1 for first month All lies. And if you do rent your rent fees increase every several months so please read the email he fine print. Not a bargain. If you pay a friend to store your stuff overall you'll pay less and not feel ripped off. Why would the storage fees increase and your using the same space. Total rip off. Never willI use this company again

Wells Fargo Crooked

I couldn't have a regular checking with Wells Fargo in NC. So they "generously" gave me what they call opportunity checking account. So at first I'm grateful. Till I continuously am over drawn EVERY month for at least 2 months in a row. So naturally now am super careful watching every $ so I dont have to pay any late fees. Checking everyday my purchases. Howbout I check and my account has a false add back amt. in the account. So I investigate. Calling my cell fone carrier to make sure that when it time my fone is paid ahead of time. I have the confirmation sent to me and it is confirmed also by the representative that everthing is in order. Wells fargo gives this type of account to ppl who have had difficulty in the past only to put the $ back into the account so that I can continue to be overdrawn. How do you explain that I got down to $9, bill is paid then 2 to 3 days later my account magically has $66 in it? I believe that Wells Fargo wanted me to believe that I have more $ than what is actually there so that I can continue to swipe and pay late fees. Not gonna happen. Sorry. Im finally on to them. What happened is they paid then bill then put the cash back. Really? Must have thought that no one was payimg attention. Getting rid of this account as soon as possible,
