Verified Reviewer |Verizon - Incorrect account set up costing thousands
I was contacted by the executive team at Verizon who promised to review and fix my situation. I am pleased with the communication so far.
Sales rep established two accounts vs. one in my family plan.
This caused double billing and voided the family plan financial benefit.
The issue happened 3 months ago, and after thousands of dollars, they can't still fix it. Shame on this company.
