Illinois Bank And Trust - Run-around and no proof/verification of debt owed.

I had 2 accounts here in 2015 and because of a dispute closed them both. One of them is showing on chexxsystem with a balance owed. I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone with several bank representatives because I keep getting transfered to those that can help. Finally, the original branch is supposed to have answers but they don't. All they know is i owe a balance but can't tell me for what or why. I asked for verification of this debt and the rep said she would call me back but never did. I had no knowledge that anything was owed until today. I find it hard to believe that they are havihg such a hard time verifying an alleged debt. I think they made an error which is why proof can't be furnished. I know this is a stretch but i wonder if the teller i had my original dispute with stole money before closing my account back in 2015.

A while back I made a complaint about opening a business account and not being able to deposit third party checks after I was told I could and it now seems that everytime I go to a teller I am scrutinized in a taunting way...
