Ordered online washer and dryer with accessories and paid for haul away. Tuesday delivered By San Bruno store washer with 5 out of 7 accessories. Did not install washer or haul away Left in my garage where I could not park my car in. Wednesday called Vallejo store to purchase over the phone stacking kit to be added to delivery with dryer on Thursday. Thursday Vallejo store to deliver dryer, duct and stacking kit again with paid haul away NO SHOW! Friday called Vallejo and San Bruno store to understand what went wrong. I received an email delivery was completed, but it was a no show. San Bruno could not help me and referred me back to Vallejo store. Continued to call Vallejo store but kept in getting the run around and hung up on. Kept trying until I spoke to Autum whim spoke to delivery manager and assured me a delivery scheduled for Sunday. Sunday, dryer arrived, but again delivery did not install, or have stacking kit, or haul away. I asked again just install side by side. Delivery guy said not in there policy. I need to contact store there just 3rd party services. Monday played ping pong to what store would be responsible for none delivery on Thursday and who would finish install and haul away and when. Finally, I called corporate office to assist. Called San Bruno store because Vallejo refused responsibility. Spoke to Sunny at San Bruno store and was set up with a Wednesday delivery installation appointment. Waiting email and phone call confirmation. Tuesday received email confirmation on Wednesday install appointment window between 2-6pm. Car still unable to be parked in the garage due to the washer and dryer not installed and left in the small garage. Wednesday, install team of 3 arrived, installed and hauled away less than 1/2 an hour completed.
