Southern Dental Center - Insensitive, taunting dental office

I was an established patient of Southern Dental Center/ Group in Savannah Ga. I had recently broken two of my front teeth and was in need of a temporary fix until I could get the problem completely resolved. I contacted SDG and requested an appointment for that afternoon. I was asked to come in at four thirty. I let the office know that I get off at four thirty but can be at their office before five- when they closed. At that time the receptionist did not tell me that I wouldn't been seen that day. After securing a "Lyft" for transportation, I made my way to the office. I called the office back and was told that I might not be seen that day. I was upset by this. Why wasn't I told this before I spent the money to get to the office. Long story short, I didn't make it to their office although I was basically about to turn into the parking lot. My phone rang and it was the office telling me that I would not be seen. I explained to them that I really needed to be seen, my teeth looked terrible. They didn't care. At that point, I hung up the phone. I then called them back and expressed that I was going to find another dentist. I felt that I should have been accommodated- especially with my situation of having broken teeth! I got the impression that they really didn't care about that or me at all. They kept call me! First, they called to say that I wouldn't be seen again. Then, they called me and talked down to me by saying " we close at five". Again, I told the receptionist that I was finding another dentist and will not be returning to their office, ever. I hung up. Two seconds later, my phone rang again. This time the receptionist acted as if we didn't talk at all and asked for a reschedule. Again, I explained that I was not coming back to their office. I felt that I should have been accommodated and felt as though my problem/ situation was regarded as important to them. I then asked her not to call me again. My Lyft driver was as disgusted with my treatment as I was. He was also a patient of this "dental office" and stated that he would not be returning as well. All wanted was a temporary fix for my teeth. What I got was an insensitive and taunting ( they did not have to keep calling me) dental office.

Net10 Wireless - Net 10- Never Again

Where to start? Oh-I know- they stole fifty dollars from my roommate- who was paying on my bill. They declined her card three times ( but only listed two declines on my actual bill) but actually charged her card on one of those times. Was my phone activated when her card was charged? No. I then went to purchase an airtime card for $30 dollars/ 300 minutes. I figured that I get paid in a couple of days so why not just get a small amount of time to "tide me over". After purchasing the card and trying to add it to my phone I was told that the card cannot be used with my phone. "Not now or at no time in the future" can this card be used with this phone. So, fifty dollars is stolen from my roommate. I try to add time to my phone and the card is not going to be used with my phone now or at no time in the future. Of course I can't return the worthless card to the store where it was purchased. I don't recommend Net 10 at all. I was robbed and scammed. I would post the screenshot but I don't want to expose personal information. I am really disappointed with this company and would not recommend using it.

Suburban Extended Stay Hotel - Room Review from Savannah, Georgia

I was living at Suburban Lodge in Savannah, Ga. I have never run into such uncaring monsters who look human before. The front desk supervisor, Peter, and his manager, Mac Korat have got to be the most evil people on the planet. And racist. I had a nearly perfect pay history at the hotel for close to six months. I asked for an extension because I was going to be late with rent. They give you one night extension- without having to pay. After I asked for another one (ran into financial trouble) I was granted one. On the third one, Peter told me that Mac Korat (manager) told him not to grant anymore extensions because SOME PEOPLE DON'T LIKE TO PAY. I am African American so I know exactly who the "some people" are. I wish I could say that was the only incident but it isn't. When I first got here, it was mid February. I had been here for a couple of weeks. I went to the office to pay rent and was told that my room- I gave no indication of wanting to check out- wouldn't be available. Peter was trying to steal my room or rent it out from under me. I contacted Choice Hotels and the straightened it out- I was never told that my room would be rented from under me again. Choice Hotels customer service and the privilege program were awesome. I was enrolled in the program. I was awarded two free nights. This all happened on the day rent was due. Peter told me that he would not extend my payment. I was awarded the two free nights and the representative told me that he would set up the reservation. I was home all day-my phone rang exactly twice- the first time I was in the shower and the second time was around eight thirty. AT EIGHT THIRTY AT NIGHT, THAT SLIMEBALL PETER CALLED MY ROOM DEMANDING PAYMENT. The Choice rep had spoken to the front desk clerk extensively that day. While I was trying to explain to Peter (slowly-he is dumb as a rock) he kept interrupting me asking me where did the two nights come from and what was the reservation number. He then said either pay or get out. I am a single woman. It is eight thirty at night. He expected me to leave at that moment. I was in contact with the customer service and the privilege program. Just yesterday, I heard Peter at it again. This time, my next door neighbors got the same treatment that I did. Guess what race they are? I could hear the lady from next door tell them that "you are supposed to treat customers nice." Not here. I am leaving this place. I just talked to that creature and explained to him that I had to work and what time to check out. He said noon. I said I can't be her at noon- he said that I would have to pay to get my things. If I could pay I wouldn't leave. It is a beautiful hotel and I enjoyed my time here, but to be treated like you are some lowlife really takes away from the beauty of this place. I GUESS IF YOU ARE INDIAN OR WHITE, YOU CAN GET ALL THE EXTENSIONS YOU WANT. IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN, I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS PERSON.
