UPS - Terrible Service
My son, who is in the Military, ordered a present for my husband for Father's Day. Today is July 2nd and we still have not gotten it.
UPS has had the item for 2 weeks and we are notified every day that it is being delivered. There are 15 updates just for the last UPS location. I have called, complained, spoken to supervisors, one in particular - Carol, who are just nasty terrible people. I was assured yesterday that she confirmed the package was on the truck and that it would be delivered.
Of course, it never came. I spoke to her again today and the attitude on this woman is beyond disgusting. They are blaming COVID for the delay but fully, I received other packages this morning.
Oh, wait, probably because they didn't weigh too much. Corporate is a joke.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
