Southwest has yet to respond to me. Itโ€™s been almost a month!

SOUTHWEST employees attempted to BREAK INTO MY LUGGAGE & when they were unsuccessful they DAMAGED IT! The airline is saying that I checked it in DAMAGED which is UNTRUE. I am asking that the FOOTAGE be reviewed and am being told that that is not possible and theres nothing you all can do. My LUGGAGE WAS $800 and only used twice!! This is unacceptable!

I've seen that type of luggage. Looks tough but it flimsier than the cosmetics would lead you to believe.

I would personally not spend that kind of money on boxes. I have ancient luggage that worked just fine for decades without the worry of damage, loss, etc. It is also great for sticking bright orange dots on the sides for quick I.D. when the stampede for the luggage claim begins.

No risk, no loss. And I don't care two cents for the clothes I take ; only things I can afford to lose with no penalty.
