Oxo - No response from customer service, product not holding up

I have tried over 5 different times to make contact with OXO using the contact info they provide and have received no response.

Purchased a moderately expensive oxo coffee machine and within a few years the word definition is wearing off on water tank and the thermos that holds the coffee is wearing away in the inside and not sure what the material is and if it is toxic? I have contacted their customer service and have not received a response and have reached out a few times.

User's recommendation: do not purchase oxo products.

M And T Bank - Concern over security of my money

Just got off the phone for 2nd time today with M&;;;;;;;;;;;;T. Earlier I noticed my checking acct. was down when I was depositing checks and found 2 transactions with Cash App, each for $200. I called during normal business hours, waited 22 minutes and was directed that they would be disputed and a new card issued. There was no mention of any other activity. Tonight I found 6 emails sent last night from M&T about possible fraudulent transactions with Cash App. I called the fraud #, waited 30 minutes this time only to have a dismissive representative simply apologize over and over but provide no information when I raised that I have serious concerns about the security of my money with M&T. I asked why when i called earlier it was not communicated to me about the other 6 attempts all with Cash App. I asked why 2 transactions were allowed to go through with the same Cash App. I asked why I should feel secure about my money being with M&T and was told to call back during normal business hours to have that conversation that she was simply with the fraud department. I asked if someone would be able to contact me tomorrow instead of placing another 50 minutes of my day in limbo? I was told that was not possible. I asked what M&T was providing that would make me feel that my money was safe...more apologies and then directions to call tomorrow. My concern and questions were warranted and the little snippy attitude was not appreciated. I am astounded that a bank in this day in age would not be putting changes in place that would allow them not to be disrupted. Instead of being reactive as a business why are you not looking to adapt to the needs of your customers? Very, very disappointing and ready to find a safe bank and talk about it.
