We have a Chubb monitoring system installed and keep on having problems with it which technicians are unwilling or unable to resolve. - First there was wires that had to be fixed. - Then they replaced the radio. - Then the battery was replaced. - Then a diode - Then a bigger battery was installed - Now our panic buttons are not working. Last week we had an incident where we needed armed reaction. When we pushed the button nothing happened. This meant that a crime syndicate operating in our area got away with another theft. - The opening and closing signals were not working - For some or other reason one of the numbers which we asked to send sms's to is not receiving them - There was a camera system installed that worked for a few weeks and then broke down. After numerous requests to fix it we replaced it with a better system. We had asked for a good system from the beginning but an inferior one installed with poor cameras. - The alarm keeps on malfunctioning and going off at random times. - We have had technicians at our premises 5 times. - The guy they send seems incapable of solving the problem. I asked the technical person last week to send someone else to try to solve the problem. - When I told the problem to the technical person (Coert i think) he gave me a long speech about the people not being the company and that he can't take responsibility for the people not doing what they should. It was made clear to me i should be glad to be receiving any service at all and that it is up to him if i get serviced or not. - Today the same person came back. When i confronted him about being unable to solve the problem and coming back 5 times he turned around and walked out of the shop. We are in a high risk retail environment and have cash on site. We also have lots of valuable stock on the floor. Chubb is our security company. We see this as gross negligence on your companies side. It seems Chubb has too much work and just collects our money with debit order but gives no service for this. If something happens we will hold Chubb directly liable for any loss or damage due to your neglect. I called 4 times today. Every time is was asked for my number and then either cut off or kept on hold adinfunatum. My calls were not answered. Clearly i am being stonewalled. If i was getting service i would not be such an irritation.
