Life Is Good - Customer service is non existent

I ordered a t-shirt for my wife. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I went on their website and followed their way of editing the order. All this before it shipped. I got no response and I even called them, no response. Their VM even says, leave your number, and we will call you back, tried that twice, never got a call back. Do yourself a huge favor, never order from these bozo's. I think they work out of their basement. I paid extra to expedite the shirt, gee guess what, it's not here when it's supposed to be. Shocking. So, they don't answer the phone. Don't respond to their emails. Don't call back when you leave your number, like they promised they would. Yeah, you're an idiot to do business with these guys. Oh, by the way, red flag number one. They don't call them customer service people. They call them Optimists. Not a good start, optimist like their glass half full. I like mine full to the rim. Why, because it's my money and I'm the customer.
