Peacock TV - USELESS!

Corporate greed. Non-existent customer service through a chatbot (probably AI, not even real people) that legit told me they couldn't help me relink my Apple TV to my Peacock account for a subscription for which I paid.

I spoke with three 'people,' and all of them said they couldn't help, but they would submit a ticket. What is a ticket going to do? Nothing! Save yourself some time and just file a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office and BBB.

I just filed today.

Hopefully, they do something. Sick of corporations treating us like this when they profit billions and get government welfare.
