ComplianceOnline, Fake Domain Name of MetricStream

I have a big grouse against ComplianceOnline. They have failed me on all counts. Their course is not up to standards; its presenter was not at all well-informed, and there were serious connectivity issues with the webinar. I am thoroughly pissed off with these MetricStream guys. I asked for a refund, but these unprofessional employees quote a crazy refund policy which makes no sense to me. I consider it a total waste of time and money. MetricStream guys are wasting time and resources on trying to reach out to people who have no relevance to their trainings. They need to become more professional in handling simple matters like this.
