Sona MedSpa - Follow up to negative review

This is a follow up review since my last review of Sonamed spa Huntersville NC. Within days of my negative review, I received a phone call from the Mgr there named "Cassidy". We played phone tag for a week or so but when I was finally able to speak to her I could not believe her attitude. She was easily THE rudest person I have EVER encountered. Her attitude and condescending tone was nauseating. She interrupted me numerous times and stated that I had left their bathroom in a mess with tissues from removing the numbing crème they gave me for my procedure (...Seriously?)... Sonamed spa just bought themselves a whole lot of negative advertising. These people are obviously quite skilled in obfuscating the truth and shifting blame to the customer instead of owning their mistakes, apologizing, and making it right. Her behavior is indicative to me that she is used to being rude to people. Is this the kind of people Sonamed spa promotes to a Managers position?...sad. Interestingly; but not surprising, I did find out that the original person who sold me the "package" no longer works there.

exactly the same treatment I received here at the Memphis Sona Med Spa. The lady who spoke to me on the phone stated she was the "owner" when I requested to speak to the owner.

(I had a credit there, which I asked back. The reason was because I got a CO2 laser from my dermatologist which had much better results.)

I wrote a review on YELP.

Today when I called back to ask if I could get something else for my credit, she said I was going to be served papers by her attorney for my review!! What country is this?
